My coaching approach
My movement and strength coaching is informed by my lived experience as a lover of movement, a hypermobile human + over 10 years of formal education, teaching yoga classes, working with clients, and working with my own care providers. I believe in the resiliency of the body and spirit. It is my honor to work together with you to help you feel better.
