My coaching approach

My movement and strength coaching is informed by my lived experience as a sensitive, hypermobile human + over 10 years of formal education, teaching yoga classes, working with clients, and working with my own care providers. I believe in the resiliency of the body and spirit. It is my honor to come alongside you.
