This is movement care for real people
If you are a body builder, a high level athlete looking for conditioning, or someone who wants to “get ripped” - I am not the coach for you. Thankfully there are coaches out there who do this kind of work so well. It’s just not me.
If you want to feel more at home in your body, if your body has felt like a place of grief and pain, if you want to move better so you can play with your kids or do more of what you love, I am probably the coach for you. I LOVE teaching about how the body works so you can feel empowered to live in your body with more ease, understanding, and agency.

This is a chance to say “hello” face-to-face. You may ask questions and get a sense of who I am before committing to anything.
I’ll let you know if my skillset feels like a good match for your needs, but if you do not feel that I am the right fit for you, we will not continue past this point.

Prior to this session I will send you a questionnaire to help both of us get clear on your needs, preferences, desires, goals, etc.
In this 60 minute session we will review your answers together. This step builds an important foundation for us. Your time and energy is precious. This step helps us both get clear on our direction of travel together.

In this 60 min. session I will guide you through an Active Joint Assessment and Breathing Assessment. This will help me identify potential physical contributors to pain and limitation, as well as exercise selection.
For this you will need:
A tablet or laptop computer (cell phone is not best)
Good internet connection
An open floor space so that I can see you move. Please wear colored clothing (not black).

In these 60 min. ongoing sessions we work together to co-create a customized movement approach for you. We may incorporate Postural Activities, Functional Movement, Yoga Movement, Breath Practice, Strengthening Movement, Somatic Support, Lifestyle Changes, and/or Meditation. I will offer suggestions based on my education and experience, and we will also listen to your body. Every step of the way, your safety and preferences are of the utmost importance to me.
