This is movement care for real people
If you are a body builder, a high level athlete looking for conditioning, or someone who wants to “get ripped” - I am not the coach for you. Thankfully there are coaches out there who do this kind of work so well. It’s just not me.
If you want to feel more at home in your body, if your body has felt like a place of grief and pain, if you want to move better so you can play with your kids or do more of what you love, I am probably the coach for you. I LOVE teaching about how the body works so you can feel empowered to live in your body with more ease, understanding, and agency.

1. Free 30 Minute Connection Call
Our first two sessions will consist of a comprehensive assessment. This time is very important as a proper assessment helps us get a clear direction on what you need.
2. Assessment Sessions
In these 60 min. ongoing sessions we work together to co-create a customized movement approach for you. We may incorporate Postural Activities, Functional Movement, Yoga Movement, Breath Practice, Strengthening Movement, Somatic Support, Lifestyle Changes, and/or Meditation. I will offer suggestions based on my education and experience, and we will also listen to your body. Every step of the way, your safety and preferences are of the utmost importance to me.
3. Continuing Sessions
Rate: 60 min sessions $130
Frequency: I recommend that we meet weekly or bi-weekly
